The alarm stays active in this browser tab until you choose what happens next.
Manages invitations, recurrence, attendees, Microsoft 365 scheduling, and event editing.
Adds an active alarm, response actions, importance levels, and a focused schedule view.
The app imports upcoming events without changing Microsoft calendar data.
A Meeting Guardian tab must stay open for the alarm to run.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 provide the scheduling features organizations need. Meeting Guardian does not send invitations, manage attendees, or modify meetings. It reads supported event data and presents it in an alarm-focused workflow.
Standard Outlook reminder presentation depends on the Outlook client, browser, operating system, and notification settings. Meeting Guardian offers a consistent in-app alarm while its browser tab is open, with join, snooze, dismiss, and complete actions.
Meeting Guardian is useful when brief reminders are regularly missed during browser-based work. It is not a system-level alarm and cannot promise closed-tab delivery or Do Not Disturb override.
