A standard calendar banner is useful when you are already watching for it. During deep work, screen sharing, or a busy sequence of tasks, a brief banner can disappear before it changes what you are doing. Meeting Guardian is designed for the moment between knowing a meeting exists and actually joining it.
When a due meeting triggers, Meeting Guardian presents the meeting title, timing, and available join link in an alarm experience with clear actions. You can snooze briefly, dismiss the alarm, or join the call. The alarm runs in the browser, so a Meeting Guardian tab must remain open.
One place for synced and manual meetings
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook and Meeting Guardian imports upcoming timed events from the connected default calendar. If a call is not on either calendar, add it manually in seconds. Month, week, and day views make it easy to confirm what the app is watching.
Calendar access is read-only. Meeting Guardian does not create, edit, or delete events in Google or Microsoft. Disconnecting a calendar removes its imported meetings and stored authorization tokens from the service.
